* Truck Driver * 

Male; Big Built; At least 5”8 in height, and physically fit; At least High School Graduate; Must have Valid Driver’s License with restriction of at least 1,2,3 ( with code 8 is a plus); Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as Truck Driver; Good working disposition; With own motorcycle is an advantage.

        * Inventory Assistant *

0-2 years of work experience; Able to lift up to 50 pounds; Able to use a computer and other office technology; Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment; Good communication skills; Able to reconcile inventory; Must be able to read inventory lists; Must be able to match the correct product with the pricing sticker; Professional Driver’s License; At least 2-3 years experience in the same field.

                                 * Procurement Officer *

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business field; At least 3Years of experience in Maritime and/or related work experiences; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers; Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook); Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service; Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices; Ability to drive is an advantage.

                                 * Accounting Officer (CPA) *

Preferably Female; Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, should be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT; Must have at least an experience in handling hotel or restaurant or maritime/logistics.

                                 * Picket Boat Operator *

Male; High school or College diploma, Business field; Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers; Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service; Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices; With driver’s license, Boat Operator certification Map reading skills; With At least 3 years of experience and/or related work experiences.

**GLOBAL HOTEL AND LEISURE PROPERTIES, INC.**

                                 * Accounting Officer (CPA) *

Preferably Female; Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, should be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT; Must have at least an experience in handling hotel or restaurant or maritime/logistics.

        * Gardener * 

At least a Senior High school graduate; With 1 year experience in gardening; Knows how to use gardening tools; Comfortable in working outdoors.

* Room Attendant *

High school diploma, preferred; Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience; Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products; Flexible working hours; Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards; Physical mobility and stamina; Ability to follow instructions; Professional and polite; Preferably MALE, at least 5’7” in height.

* Inventory Assistant *

Preferably Female, 5’6’’ in height; Must be a graduate of Accounting course; With at least 1 year experience in the same position; Competitive applicants will have prior experience working in a Restaurants.

* Front Office Assistant *

College Graduate of any Course but with relevant work experience as FO; Excellent customer service skills; Amazing interpersonal abilities; Top-of-the-line organizational skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks at once; Amazing time management skills; A Degree in Hotel Management is a plus; Incredibly detail oriented; Able to work nights and weekends; Male with height of 5’8”; Female with height of at least 5’6”.

* Laundry Attendant *

At least Sr. High School graduate is also encouraged to apply; Competitive applicants will have prior experience working in a hotel; With at least 6 month experience in the same position.
