* Quality Assurance Engineer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Has at least 1-2 years work experience; Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; Possess strong analytical skills in Data Analysis and Statistics; Establishes procedures, controls, sets targets and monitoring of leading indicators for handling and management of customer complaint/feedback and RMS; Ensures that customer complaints are acknowledged on time and addressed according to the procedure of service level agreement; Drives the root cause analysis and resolution of customer 8D through effective problem solving with process owner and cross functional teams; Monitors the status of customer complaint and coordinates with cross functional groups for the closure; Knowledge Microsoft Office tools (Outlook / Excel / Power Point / Teams / AutoCAD); Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
