* Electrical Superintendent *

College graduate preferably engineering courses with license; At least five (5) years of related experience in Contracts Administration on a Ship Repair Industry; With 5 years supervisory / managerial experience; Knowledge of ship systems acquired through shipyard experience; Good communication, leadership and motivation skills; Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English; Must be able to work in a stressful environment; Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed to get the job done; Computer literate in all MS products to include but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project and others as required; Must know how to drive and must possess a valid Driver’s License.

* Project Superintendent *

Bachelor of Science in Engineering courses; At least 5-10 years related experience as project superintendent in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* Planning and Estimation Manager *

College graduate preferably engineering courses with license; At least five (5) years of related experience in Planning / Estimation on a Ship Repair Industry; With 5 years supervisory / managerial experience; Knowledge of ship systems acquired through shipyard experience; Good communication, leadership and motivation skills; Ability to read and interpret blue prints; Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed to get the job done; Computer literate in all MS products to include but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project and others as required; Must know how to drive and must possess a valid Driver’s License; Computer Literate.

* Import / Export Officer *

College graduate with degree on bachelor's degree in business such as management, documentation and global business; At least two years of experience in import and export regulations; Effectively communicate with salespeople, retailers and distributors to ensure that trading is carried out smoothly; Strong communication, telephone and organizational skills, and at least basic computer skills; Personable, professional people make excellent import/export coordinators.

* Sr. Production Manager *

College graduate with a degree in Engineering or related maritime courses; At least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years managerial experience with international commercial and USN/MSC ship repair processes; Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English; Good communication, leadership and motivation skills; Must be able to work in a stressful environment; Must be able work in an industrial environment onboard vessels, dry docks and shops. Climb ladders, enter tanks, bend crawl and lift in support of ship repair activates; Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed to get the job done; Computer literate in all MS products to include but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project and others as required; Must know how to drive and must possess a valid Driver’s License.

* Dock Master *

College graduate with a degree in Marine Engineering or related maritime courses; At least five (5) years related experience in the maintenance and repair of shipyard machines, facilities and equipment; With Dock Master Training; Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English; Good communication, leadership and motivation skills; Must be able to work in a stressful environment; Must be able work in an industrial environment onboard vessels, dry docks and shops. Climb ladders, enter tanks, bend crawl and lift in support of ship repair activates; Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed to get the job done; Computer literate in all MS products to include but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project and others as required.
