* Accounting Staff *

Male / Female; Graduate of any 4-year related Business course; Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately; Analytical thinker and problem solver; With high level of accuracy; Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others; Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information; With administrative skills.

* Cost Control Clerk *

Male; Graduate of any 4-year related Business course; With 1-2 years working experience in the same field; Proficient in Computer and Inventory Management System; Detail-oriented and able to work flexible hours and on weekends.

 * Waiter *

Male; At least 5’7” in height; With pleasing personality; With good moral character; Can handle pressure; With experience in the same field.

          * Gardener *

Male;  Must have knowledge in gardening techniques; Must have knowledge in plant and flower care techniques; Able to use professional mowing, trimming and pruning equipment; Physically fit; Flexible; Hardworking.

Male; Physically Fit; Flexible; Hardworking; Must be a graduate of at least 2 years vocational course in Air Conditioning or Cooling Technician; Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a A/C Technician; Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of A/C and heating systems; Must have knowledge in trouble shooting; Ability to detect damages and malfunctions; Must have good communication skills; Can work on a shifting schedule; Can handle pressure.

* Plumber *

Male; College Level / Vocational Course; At least 1 year experience in hotel industry as Plumber; With good moral character; Physically fit; Flexible; Hardworking; Capable in handling pressure and multiple task; Willing to work shifting schedule and extended hours.

* Purchasing Admin Staff * 

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

Ensure an organized and tidy workplace; Maintain and restock office supplies; Monitor and use office equipment’s and materials; Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices; Perform clerical tasks; carry out admin duties such as filing, typing, copying binding scanning etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Male; Must be a graduate of BS Marketing or any related course; 3-5 years’ experience in the same field; Organize and computer literate; Trustworthy and Honest; Good Communication skills; Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

* Front Office Associate * 

Male / Female; Degree in Hotel Management is a plus; At least 5 '5 in height; With pleasing personality; 1-2 years experience in the same field; Trustworthy and Honest; Good Communication skills; Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

* Sales Executive * 

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

Help the sales team to execute the business plan to maximize revenue; Improve and maintain relationship with existing & prospect clientele; Answering sales inquiries via phone and email; Monitoring of MTD and YTD; Event detailing and coordination with internal departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Civil Engineer / Resort Engineer * 

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

Upkeep & Monitoring of refrigerator, elevator, Cat TV, Room Furnishings & lighting fixtures; Maintenance of building & electrical system; Prepare & update necessary documents to DENR Region III; Monitor maintenance & weekly reporting’s; Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Male / Female; College graduate Degree in Civil Engineer; 3-5 years’ experience in the same field; Trustworthy and Honest; Good Communication skills; Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

* Internal Auditor * 

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

Reports directly to the top management; Plans and implements audit activities to monitor internal control systems and process, ensuring that all employees are in compliance with the requirements of the Company; Ensures that audit engagements are completed efficiently, timely and in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards; Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all inventory related records and reports by reviewing transactions entered in Company’s software system; Checks the completeness of Daily Sales Report; Establish internal control procedures by examining reports, records, documentation and standard operating practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Male / Female; Must be at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related filed; CPA is advantage; 1-2 years experience in the same field; Trustworthy and Honest; Good Communication skills; Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
