* AP Accountant *


Male / Female; Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; Accounting and Tax Trainings; Newly Graduate, with years of experience is an advantage.
• Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger operations related to purchases & payment of direct materials purchases from third party & affiliates; • Accounting Team Leader, Finance Supervisor, Finance Manager & Plant Controller; • Manage supplier inquiries, documentation and aging of payables. Responding to all vendors and counterpart inquiries and gather information on material receiving, past due invoices and return materials; • Ensure supporting documents are complete & accurate prior to processing of disbursement; • Prepare aging reports, analysis, reconciliations and all other reports related to AP; • Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP reporting, Customs and tax regulations; • Prepare month end accruals, adjusting entries and ensure they are reliable and complete; • Provide details on estimated disbursements for preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Cash Forecast; • Assist and attend to audit queries and requirements; • Works with counterpart globally for intercompany transactions; • Investigating and resolving issues associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders; • Responsible for recordkeeping and retention of documents; • All other duties as may be assigned by Accounting Supervisor and/or Plant Controller.

* Product Engineer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in developing and launching products from concept phases; Some experience in designing parts that use die casting, stamping, and injection molding processes; Basic experience/ understanding of GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerances); Effectively uses Creo Parametric 3D modeling software and communicates final configuration to manufacturing and marketing; Applies design analysis throughout the design process and initiates prototypes to demonstrate product feasibility and reduce risk; Develops and maintains accurate and complete engineering documentation, i.e. design layouts, bill of material (BOM), Engineering Change Order, detailed component and assembly drawings; Perform competitor product comparison and analysis; Develops cost estimates of new concepts and provides cost improvement ideas; Dispositions First Article Inspection Reports on new and current production products; Works with suppliers and internal team in developing new or enhancing existing components and assemblies, including gages and fixtures; Develops test plans, and work with lab technicians to complete required testing; Analyze test lab results to find root cause of failures as needed; Supports customer service on technical issues and investigates field problems; Creates project timelines of a project using project planning software in planning/tracking development projects.

* Automation Technician *

Knowledge of Motor controls and electrical circuit diagrams; Knowledge of Omron or Mitsubishi PLC technology; Experience in PLC programming, i.e., Ladder and ST; Experience in sensors, controllers, and handheld devices; Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic theories; Knowledge of calibration principles and techniques; Able to read process loop sheets and electrical/electronic schematics; Basic knowledge of PID; Basic PC applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MEX and/or CMMS.

* Electrical Supervisor *

Two (2) years Vocational Course on related field or have gone four (4) years Electrical Apprenticeship Program; Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (an advantage); At least more than 5 years related experience; Prior supervisory skills experience preferred; Computer literate; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* Mechanical Supervisor *

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering; At least 5-10 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* Naval Architect *

Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Naval Engineering; Post graduate degree in Naval Architecture or Engineering is desirable; At least five (5) years experience in the Naval Architecture trades; Good communication skills; Computer literate.

* Pipe Welder *

High school graduate or any related vocational courses; At least 3-5 years related experience as pipe welder in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* Pipe Fitter *

High school graduate or any related Vocational courses; At least 3-5 years related experience as pipefitter in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* PMS Mechanic *

2 years Vocational related course / College level; At least three (3) years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* Rigger *

High school graduate or any related Vocational courses; At least 3-5 years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* Ship Fitter *

High school graduate or any related Vocational courses; At least 2-3 years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills.                                                                               

* Structural Supervisor *

Graduate of engineering courses or any related vocational courses; At least 5-8 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* Welder *

High school graduate or any related Vocational courses; At least 2-3 years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* Crane Operator *

2 years Vocational related course / College level; With TESDA certification as Crane Operator; At least three (3) years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills; Valid driver’s license with restriction 8.

* Dock Mechanic *

2 years Vocational related course / College level; At least three (3) years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills.

          * Electrician *

College level or related Vocational Electrical Courses; At least three (3) years related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills.

* Planner / Estimator *

At least Graduate any Engineering related courses; With training in marine structural, electrical or mechanical trades; At least Three (03) years experience in the Marine Structural, Electrical or Mechanical trades including two (02) years as a planner and estimator, ship surveyor or shop planner; Good Communication and Personal relation skills; Computer Literate.
