At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate; With training or certification in Crane Operation (preferred); With at least 2–3 years experience operating cranes in construction, mining, or industrial projects; Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes A, B, C, CE, and D; Knowledgeable in load charts, lifting procedures, and crane safety standards; Physically fit and capable of working in project environments; Willing to be assigned to various project locations.

* Rigger *

At least High School Graduate; TESDA Rigger certification is an advantage; At least 1–2 years experience in rigging or lifting operations; Knowledgeable in rigging equipment, load estimation, and lifting safety procedures; Physically fit and able to work in construction, mining, or industrial sites; Willing to be assigned to various project locations.

* Automotive Electrician * 

Vocational or Technical course in Automotive Electrical Technology or related field; TESDA NC II in Automotive Servicing or related field is preferred but not required; At least 2–3 years experience as Automotive Electrician; Knowledgeable in vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams; Ability to use electrical diagnostic tools and equipment; Willing to do field works.

* Heavy Equipment Mechanic * 

Vocational or Technical course in Heavy Equipment Servicing, Automotive Technology, or related field; TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Servicing is preferred but not required; At least 3 years experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance; Knowledgeable in diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting; Physically fit and capable of working on project sites; Willing to do field work.

* Crane Supervisor * 

Graduate of Engineering, Vocational course, or related field preferred; With at least 2–3 years experience in crane operations or lifting supervision; Strong knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, and safety standards; Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes A, B, C, CE, and D; With experience supervising crane operators and rigging personnel; Good leadership and communication skills; Willing to be assigned to various project locations. 

* Admin Assistant *

Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or any related course; With at least 1–2 years experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, or budget monitoring; Knowledgeable in basic budgeting, expense tracking, and documentation; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook); With good organizational and communication skills; Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks; Willing to be assigned in Subic Free Port.
