* Training Coordinator and Cadet Sourcing Specialist * 

Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field; Familiarity with maritime training programs and certification processes; Extensive experience conducting technical assessments and practical tests; Extensive experience in interview and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate; The ideal candidate should be an extroverted people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of easily building relationships with diverse candidates and maintaining a strong industry network; Detail-oriented; Proficient in the use of Office Productivity tools; Knowledge of different recruitment approaches or campaigns.
