* Painter *

Male; With a strong understanding of various painting methods, including brushwork, roller application, and spray-painting; Can use various painting tools, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other equipment; With the ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish and avoiding mistakes; Can stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in uncomfortable positions; With understanding and adhering to painting safety procedures and regulations; The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

                                     * A/C Technician *

Male; Physically Fit; Flexible; Hardworking; Must be a graduate of at least 2 years Vocational course in Air Conditioning or Cooling Technician; Must have at least 2 years experience as an A/C Technician; Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of A/Cs and heating systems; Must have knowledge in trouble shooting; Ability to detect damages and malfunctions; Must have wide knowledge in Split type for installation of A/Cs; Know how to change spare parts; Must have good communication skills; Can render overtime and work during holidays; Can work on a shifting schedule; Can handle pressure.

* Bellman *

Male; At least 5’6” in height; With pleasing personality; With good moral character; Can communicate well in English; Can handle pressure; Can work on a shifting schedule; With experience in the same field.

* Front Office Assistant *

High School graduate/relevant certifications and trainings or equivalent; With proven years of experience as Lead Foreman in a construction site; Ability to read blue prints, structural drawings, and technical plans; Can manage team, problem solver, and can handle work pressure; Can understand constructions methods, materials, and safety regulations.

* Mason *

 

High School graduate or equivalent with technical training in masonry; With proven years of experience in masonry or construction work; Proficient in working with various masonry materials, skilled in using masonry tools, ability to read blueprints, knowledge in mixing and applying mortar; Physically fit to work in outdoor environments.

* Helper / Laborer *

 

With experience as Helper/Laborer to skilled foreman/carpenter/painter/ maintenance in construction; Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks; Able to follow work instructions properly. 

* Welder *

 

High School graduate and/or of any Technical or Vocational courses; With at least 2-year experience; With NC II certificate/training certificates is an advantage; Knowledge in metal fabrication/SMAW/fit-up; Knowledge in Pipes, Metal Sheet Lay-out, Designs, Fabricates, Joins, and Repair equipment, Fixtures, and Structures by using various Welding Techniques; With good working attitude and can work under pressure. 

* Utility Man *

 

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas; Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces in the building facilities; Dispose waste properly and ensure garbage bins are regularly emptied and cleaned; Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times Perform basic general maintenance tasks.
