Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology or related field is preferred; Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in an administrative or HR role; Understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor code; Familiarity with HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations; Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork, data entry, and recordkeeping; Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, demonstrating professionalism and tact; Strong active listening skills and the ability to respond to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Male; Licensed Architect; Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards; Technical drawing, Will be exposed to Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc., Visualization.
