* A/C Technician *

Male; Physically Fit; Flexible; Hardworking; Must be a graduate of at least 2 years vocational course in Air Conditioning or Cooling Technician; Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a A/C Technician; Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of A/C and heating systems; Must have knowledge in trouble shooting; Ability to detect damages and malfunctions; Must have wide knowledge in Split type for installation of A/Cs; Know how to change spare parts; Must have good communication skills; Can render overtime and work during holidays; Can work on a shifting schedule; Can handle pressure.

* Electrician *

Male; Physically fit; Flexible, Hardworking; Experience working as an Electrician; Electrician Degree from a Technical College; Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair knowledge; Must have good communication skills; Can render overtime and work during holidays; Can work on a shifting schedule; Can handle pressure.

* Company Nurse *

Male; Should have all certifications required for an occupational nurse; Must be detail oriented, have ability to multitask and possess great interpersonal skills; With active license as registered nurse; With good verbal and written communication skills; At least two (2) years working experience in related field is required; Capable in handling pressures and multiple tasks; Physically fit; Flexible; Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.

* Front Office Assistant *

Female; At least 5’4 in height; With pleasing personality; With exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment; Multitasking abilities; Efficient time management skills; Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in computer programs; Planning and organizing abilities; Can work on a shifting schedule.

* Production Planner *

With excellent interpersonal skills as well as innovative and optimistic attitude towards work; Competent skills in planning, scheduling and can handle multiple priorities; College education and at least 3 years work experience in Planning and/or Manufacturing environment; Excellent communication and problem solving skills; With qualities to fit in to a focused and oriented team.

 

Job Description: 

Plan and schedule workloads for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequence and lead times; Prepares daily production schedule and work orders; Review production schedules, methods, and production orders to make recommendations regarding inventory levels, manpower requirements, work procedures, and shifting assignments within budgetary limitations and time constraints; Analyzes production capacity and performs calculations to determine a good level of safety stock; Supports and executes transactions in the system to maintain a reliable and working inventory system; Monitor and supervises production timelines of all work orders to meet the standard delivery time; Expedites operation that delays schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; Prepare needed production and related reports.
