        * Accounting Assistant * 

Female; Must be a College Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Financial Management; Seminars and/or trainings relevant to position is an advantage; Must have a knowledge in book keeping, terminology and practices; Knowledge in automated accounting system; Knowledge in BIR process is a plus; With good moral character; Must have basic knowledge in record keeping and filing; Computer literate; Ability to work under pressure, can multi task and meet deadlines; Innovative, flexible, approachable and has integrity of character; Perform other duties as required.

        * Bartender *

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant hospitality certifications or training are an advantage; At least 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment; At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position; Experience in restaurant, banquet, bar, room service, and/or buffet operations is preferred; Knowledge of hotel standards and F&B service procedures; Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and restaurant procedures; Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health regulations; Ability to manage food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and wastage control; Knowledge of budgeting, sales targets, cost control, and basic financial reporting; Familiarity with POS systems and hotel/restaurant management systems; Ability to prepare operational reports and analyze F&B performance; Strong leadership and team-management skills; Ability to train, coach, motivate, and evaluate F&B employees; Effective scheduling and manpower planning skills; Ability to handle employee concerns and maintain discipline professionally; Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally; Customer-oriented, courteous, and able to maintain high service standards; Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with guests, employees, and other departments; Professional appearance and excellent grooming; Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events; Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment; Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented; Strong integrity and accountability; Experience handling large-scale banquets, conferences, weddings, and hotel events; Knowledge of revenue management and F&B sales strategies; Certification in food safety, hospitality, or related areas.
