* Publishing & Distribution Project Lead *

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, publishing, distribution, product management, business development, or account management; Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail; Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple departments; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales forecasts, market trends, and business data; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms; Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Preferably with experience in the video game industry, publishing, licensing, distribution, or entertainment/media; Experience managing publisher, developer, distributor, or licensing relationships; Knowledge of physical and digital game publishing processes; Familiarity with forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle Management; Experience with Steam publishing, console platform submissions, or digital storefront operations; Understanding of contract implementation and commercial agreements; Passion for video games and knowledge of current gaming trends.
