* Skilled Painter *
Mastery in sanding, grinding, abrasive and filling to achieve the flawless finishes luxury yachts require; Proficiency in using high-volume low-pressure (HVLP) spray guns, rollers, and brushes; Expertise in specialized marine coating; Ability to work at significant heights (scaffolding/staging) and in confined, sometimes hazardous spaces; Strong attention to detail, patience, and good color-matching skills; Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and adhering strictly to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines.
* Finishing Carpenter *
A High school diploma, Relevant Vocational
school certificates or an Associate Degree in construction management provide a
distinct hiring advantage; Experience: For skilled positions, employers
typically require 1 to 4 years of experience or completion of a recognized carpentry
apprenticeship program; Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and operating
saws, nail guns, and measuring devices is strictly necessary; Must be able to
perform delicate, millimeter-precise cuts and installations to avoid material
waste
* Welder (Stainless Steel / Aluminum) *
Male; Applicant must have TESDA certificate or ABS certificate; With experience on Stainless still / Aluminum; Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models; Knowledge of welding/grinding procedures; Knowledge to start with blueprints and build tank from start to finish; Ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving or holding arm and hand in one position; Ability to meet budgeted hours requirements; Ability to read cut sheets, blueprints, and tape measures.
* Warehouseman *
Male or Female; With 2 years or more experience in the field; Ability to control and manage the warehouse properly; Able to handle pressure and manage stress accordingly; Monitoring of all the materials; Control the warehouse; Perform inventory of tools / materials.
* AC Technician *
Most technicians undergo a 1-to-3-year apprenticeship to gain on-the-job experience; Work Experience: Employers in major job hubs (like the Subic Bay Freeport Zone) generally prefer 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial HVAC systems; Diagnostic; Ability to read blueprints, understand electrical schematics, and use testing equipment like multi-testers and pressure gauges; Knowledge of various systems, including split-type aircons, window units, package units (PACU), and chillers; Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and the stamina to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.

Marine Engine Mechanic *
Male; Applicant must have TESDA certificate; With experience on heavy equipment; With at least 2 years experience; Marine mechanics are responsible for installing, diagnosing and repairing inboard and outboard engines on boats; Mechanics typically work for boat dealerships, repair shops or boat rental companies; Marine mechanics usually acquire knowledge through an Associate’s Degree in Marine and small engine repair.
* Marine Electrician *
Male; With at least 2 years experience on the position applying; Marine Electricians are in-charge with the duties of installing and maintaining wiring and electrical systems on ships and boats; They work with water pumps, motors, electronics, wiring, and fixtures throughout the ship, and they are responsible for installing and configuring generators and shore-power connections to deliver energy to the boat systems.
* Skilled Fiberglass Laminator *
Male; Applicant must have TESDA certificate; With experience on heavy equipment; Be able to use hand and power tools and measuring devices; Read and understand technical drawings and instructions; Safely handle vinyl ester and epoxy resins; Communicate effectively; Work with others; mounts rolls of fiberglass on chopper gun machine spindles; Threads fiberglass through machine rollers; Operates and maintains the chopper gun and other lamination equipment; Adjust controls to regulate speed, temperature, and pressure of laminating equipment; Uses rollers to physically remove air from the fiberglass and roving; Layers roving onto the mold for application of resin and chop; Observes lamination process, monitors curing time and surface temperature, and adjusts process to ensure compliance with standards; Cuts excess fiberglass from part edge; Examines laminated parts for defects; Applies gel-coat prior to application of other fiberglass material.
* Design / AutoCAD Operator *
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College
Degree, Engineering or equivalent; A strong working knowledge of CAD (Computer
Aided Design) software (Rhino, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD); The ability to
think outside the box; Develop test prototypes; Identify solutions to improve
production efficiency; Use design software to develop models and drawings of
new products; Maintain existing engineering records and designs; Assess all
engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks; Supervise the
manufacturing process of all designs; Coordinate with other engineers,
management, and the creative department.
