**MSK READY MIX CORPORATION**

* Scheduler *

Daily coordination with the clients about the incoming and on-going schedule; In-charge with making receipts in each truck deliveries; Supervision and assign drivers and the mixer trucks schedule of deliveries; Coordinate at control room operator regarding the start, during and end of batch; Manage to simple problems arising on site like coordination at motor pool, borrowing loader at MSK etc.; In-charge in the monitoring the flow of schedule, before and after the deliveries; Making Blank Receipts; Monitoring at GPS of the mixer trucks; Prepare Reports.

* Checker *

A Batching Plant Checker monitors the material and mechanical processes of a concrete mixing facility. They ensure raw material quality, verify scale and system accuracy, and log production data. They prevent defective batches and equipment failures by checking the belt conveyors, silos, and water meters prior to operations; Record daily production data, material usage, delivery times, and any equipment faults or non-conformances.

* Production Staff *

Tends automatic machine that casts concrete blocks and concrete pipes; Starts and stops machine that automatically fills molds, vibrates molds to compact wet concrete, scrapes off excess concrete, and strips finished blocks and finished pipes from molds; Operate concrete casting machine; Use moulding techniques; Inspect industrial equipment; Write batch record documentation; Stack packaged items; Perform machine maintenance; Tend equipment such as pneumatic pumps or electrically powered conveyors which are used for transferring the hoist cement into storage containers; Measure the raw materials prior to their loading in the mixer or in machines, ensuring they conform with the specifications; Perform the cleaning of mixers in order to prepare them for mixing different types of compounds.

* Assistant Production Supervisor *

Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Course Graduate; Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food Manufacturing; Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical course graduate with minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food Manufacturing; Experience in a Flour milling - 25-kg Packaging, Bran Bagging, 1-kg Packaging, and Bulk Loading Operations is a plus; Can work in a heated and dusty environment with the capacity to work near machines that generate noise; Possessed skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosis, able to handle medium to heavy lifting tasks, and comfortable working at heights; With ability to work in rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, where necessary; With ability to work a continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

* Baking Technician *

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Science, Baking Technology, or a related field; Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing or Baking evaluation; Experience in end-use testing and flour-based product evaluation is an Advantage.

* Finance Executive *

Graduate of a full Accountancy Course or similar course with strong emphasis on business financials, business processes and business management (including that of industrial engineering); Experience in a similar position or in handling the related reports; Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP); hands on experience of SAP is an advantage; Good command of the MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint); Minimum familiarity with operations and set up of manufacturing entities, either from an audit or owning entity’s perspective; work experience in a manufacturing set up is a definite advantage; Experience in Manufacturing Set-Up.

* Junior Safety Officer *

Graduate of Any 4-year course or College Level; 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry; Must have BOSH Training from DOLE or DOLE accredited safety training organization; With Advance Specialized OSH Trainings is an advantage.

* Production Operator *

At least High School Graduate; Can work in a heated and dusty environment with the capacity to work near machines that generate noise; Able to handle medium to heavy lifting tasks, and comfortable working at heights; With ability to work in rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, where necessary; With ability to work a continuous process that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Female; Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; At least 1 year of HR experience; Knowledge of recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, and labor laws; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality; Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Skilled Carpenter *

High school graduate or Vocational graduate in Carpentry or a related field; At least 2 years of experience as a Skilled Carpenter; Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment; Able to read blueprints and technical drawings; Physically fit and willing to work on-site; Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented.

* Inventory Clerk *

Bachelor's degree or at least a College level in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
