Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Accounting

Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS); Record and reconcile financial transactions, including assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses; Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

2. Taxation

Compute, prepare, and file BIR tax returns (e.g., VAT, income tax, withholding tax); Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and updates from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); Advise management on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities legally.

3. Audit and Compliance

Perform internal or external audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with GAAP and local regulatory requirements; Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements; Prepare audit reports and present findings to management or clients.

4. Budgeting and Financial Analysis

Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts; Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business improvement opportunities; Support decision-making by providing management with accurate financial insights.

5. Advisory and Consulting (for some roles)

Provide professional advice on business performance, investments, and risk management; Assist clients in setting up accounting systems and improving internal controls.

* Loss Prevention Staff / Audit Compliance *

Male / Female; College graduate (Accounting / Financial Management); With at least 6 months to 1-year general accounting or audit experience; Possesses adequate analytical and report writing skills; Strong communication & interpersonal skills; Demonstrate practical knowledge of MS Office operations, including creating reports in word, managing data in Excel, preparing presentations in PowerPoint, handling communications in outlook; Knowledge of JDA systems (MMS) is an advantage; Knowledge of stock corrections activities in retail operations or other business settings is considered an advantage.

* FDS Crew *

Male; College level; With pleasing, competent and pro-active personality; Articulate and can effectively communicate in English and Tagalog both oral and written; Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment in a standing position for long hours; Compute literate; Customer service oriented.

* Truck Driver (Warehouse) *

Male; Vocational / Senior high school graduate; License restriction code 2-3; with 2-3 years experience; Valid TESDA forklift operator certification/license; Knowledge of safety procedures and load handling; Good physical fitness and stamina; Ability to follow instructions and work as part of  team.

* Cashier *

College / Vocational / Senior High level; Attentive to details; With basic mathematical computation  including percentages skill; Knowledge of computer typing; With adequate communication skill; Able to work long hours and can handle pressure; Personable.

* Bus Driver *

Male; High school or Senior High school graduate / College level; License restriction code 1,2,3; Knowledge of 6 wheeler truck driving / Bus Driving; Able to perform basic mechanical maintenance vehicle repair; Knowledge of greater Manila area; Able to work on graveyard shift; Courteous and with tolerable patience; Customer service oriented (internal and external).
