        * HR Intern *

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred; 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including general ledger, payroll, and reporting; Solid knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG); Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills; Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail; Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making; Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination and audit support; Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and recommend process improvements.

        * Office Engineer (Licensed Civil Engineer) *

Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer; With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Office Engineer or in construction/project document control; Strong knowledge of engineering documentation, processes, and standards; Proficient in document management systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.); Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and control; Good communication and coordination skills for interfacing with project teams and clients; Experience in construction or engineering project environment is an advantage.
