* Finance Manager *

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage); At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; Solid understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Strong leadership and team management abilities; High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail; Effective communication and presentation skills; Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.

* Accounting Staff *

High school diploma or Vocational/Technical training in a related field; With 1-2 years of relevant work experience in maintenance or a similar role; Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; Ability to use hand and power tools safely; Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks; Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

                    * Registered Nurse Cum Safety Officer *

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license; With BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certificate and/or Safety Officer certification (S02/S03 preferred); Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as Company Nurse, Hospital Nurse, and Safety Officer; Strong knowledge of occupational health, workplace safety, and emergency response procedures; Experience in handling clinical care and safety compliance in a corporate or industrial setting; Good understanding of DOLE OSH standards and regulatory requirements; Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively; Willing to work in a dual role (nursing and safety functions); Can start ASAP.
