* Mechanical Engineer *

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is the standard requirement; Proficiency in engineering design and simulation software, computer programming (like Python), and a hands-on understanding of materials and manufacturing processes is vital; Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and be detail-oriented is a core requirement; Mechanical engineers must be able to work well in teams, communicate effectively, and present their findings; Must have a license and certification.

* Electrical Engineer *

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Strong math knowledge (calculus, differential equations, linear algebra); Knowledge of engineering science and technology; With Design skills; Must be have a computer proficiency and familiarity with main software packages; Must have the ability to solve complex problems, critical thinking and analytical skills; Ability to work well with others, excellent in verbal communication and attention to details and organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is the standard educational requirement; Becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) can improve job prospects, though it's often not a mandatory requirement for entry-level staff positions; At least 1-2 years of professional accounting experience; Must be proficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential; Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate throughout the organization; Being highly organized and having meticulous attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in financial work; Can work under pressure, holiday and Overtime.                                                                      

* Planning and Material Control *

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Management or Business; With 1-2 years Experience in material planning, inventory or a similar role; Strong proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Excel; With excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills; With abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Chinese word; Can easily understand the materials requirements planning concept; Strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Process Technician *

High school Diploma / GED, with further technical training; with strong problem-solving / analytical skills, and knowledge of safety (HSE) and quality (Lean/Six Sigma) protocols; with experience in previous roles in production, manufacturing, or as a Technician; Ability to work shifts, (nights, weekends), long hours, and in noisy/demanding conditions; Has strong commitment to safety (HSE) and quality standards.
