QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of AB / BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial / Organization Course; With at least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Oversees recruitment process from sourcing of applicants up to deployment of newly hired employees and serves manpower requirements with regard to the cycle time standards; Accommodates inquiries of employees regarding compensation and benefit; Ensures compliance of all employees to the code of discipline and standard operating procedure of store and facilitates disciplinary actions to erring employees; Maintains accurate records of employees pertaining to the benefits.
* Administrative Staff *
QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female; Registered Nurse; With or without working experience; Career Oriented; Flexible and Physically fit.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Primarily accountable of ensuring
proper implementation of Administrative process in the store and also performs
other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior; Monitoring of monthly
Store billings; Controlling and Monitoring of Fixed Assets & General
Supplies; Handling Cash Advances, Charges and liquidation; Responsible in
monitoring and safekeeping Medical Records; Attending medical concerns.
