Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; 3+ years of experience in pricing or estimating roles; Strong understanding of direct and indirect cost structures; Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, procurement, and proposal processes; Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling); Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines; Excellent communication skills (English – written and verbal; Experience pricing direct and burdened costs and has a strong understanding of government contract documents, including SOW, RFPs, and Contract Terms.
