At least High school graduate or Vocational graduate; At least 2 years’ experience as a QA Inspector from an electronics company.

Duties and Functions:

 

1. Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.

2. Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and

complies with legal requirements

3. Reviewing drawings and specifications to compare to produced goods

4. Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database

5. Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence

6. Proposing improvements to the production process

7. Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet

requirements

8. Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training

9. keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.

* Fraud Specialist *

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.     Fraud Screening

 

- Monitor identified and recurring live fraud patterns in the fraud screening order queue; Identify new/changing live fraud patterns in the fraud screening order queue; Investigate these patterns and make the decision to accept or refuse orders as orders come through; Identify and track bugs or system related issues that may affect order processing; Recommend improvements on processes to increase safety or reduce risks; Recommend methods to reduce potential financial fraud losses.

2. Dispute Handling

- Check incoming dispute and dispute updates; Supply requested information on new disputes; Analyze and submit complex cases to payment providers.

Other Tasks

Risk Team being part of the Customer Service Department, the Fraud Specialist may also attend to customer service-related inquiries; Depending on business need and under the CS Managers discretion, the Fraud Specialist may also handle customer service-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree on any field; 6 months of experience in High Risk Fraud; Ability to investigate a problem and find the ideal solution in a timely, effective Manner; Logical Thinker – observant and can draw conclusions based on input received; Goal-oriented – focused on reaching a specific objective or accomplishing a given task.

* Marketing Team Leader *

An understanding of digital marketing and some familiarity with different Google advertising tools, Google AdWords, Analytics, Trends, etc.; Familiarity with online and video game communities; Effective organizational skills; Strong understanding of consumer habits; Understanding of SEO best practices a bonus; Basic knowledge of modern video game trends; Effective use of the English language. Operations will be primarily conducted in English; Effective communication skills; Understanding of community management best practices and innovation is a big bonus.
