**GRAND HOYAH HOTEL CORPORATION**

* Head Chef *

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; Graduate of any related course / NCII in Cookery not necessary but an advantage; Excellent knowledge of all sections; Has knowledge in costing of menu and marketing techniques; Ability to produce excellent high-quality food; Good oral and communication; Team management skills.

* Cook *

Minimum 3 years relevant experience; Graduate of any related course / NC II in Cookery not necessary but an advantage; Cooks food to the highest standards and according to the established practices to ascertain an efficient food service; Prepares ingredients for cooking such as cleaning, peeling, and cutting of all food items; Check and Monitors kitchen supplies and Stocks. 

* Food Attendant *

Male; At least one (1) year solid experience as a Waiter in a casual dining establishment; Can communicate well in both Filipino and English; Must pass exam and interview; Physical and mentally fit; Can work for long hours and at any schedule (early mornings and late nights); NCII in Food and Beverage Service not necessary but an advantage.
