    * Junior Civil Engineer *

Degree in Civil Engineer. Licensed Civil Engineer is required. 3 to 5 years of design experience with knowledge on preparation of civil / site work drawings, civil evaluations, and plans. Able to prepare and edit floor plans on schematic level. Proficient in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office Applications. Proficient in English both oral and written. Possess a Philippine Passport and a Driver’s License.
                                                                   
    * Finance Assistant  *

Degree in Finance or Accountancy, essential. General knowledge of basic accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites. Able to work independently and achieve efficient results with minimum supervision. Demonstrates honesty and accountability in all dealings. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.

                                      * Project Manager for IT *

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or another relevant field. Minimum of 5years experience in a similar role. Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of Office 365, project management tools and Microsoft technology. Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.

    * IT Specialist *

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering. At least 3years of extensive experience as Technical Support Engineer. Highly knowledgeable in supporting Procore application. Competent in the following: Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/ Hyper-V and Azure. Windows XP/ Vista/ 7/8/10 Professional and MAC. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS server roles. SharePoint and Outlook. Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010/2013 Office 365 5. IOS, Android and Satellite mobile support. Knowledgeable in networking domain and active directory and security policy. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Able to communicate with people of different nationalities and cultures.
                                                                   
    * IT Developer  *

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering. At least 3 years extensive experience as Software Developer / Programmer. With experience in Web Programming reports, mobile applications and Office 365 tools. Highly knowledgeable in Web Programming and database management and Azure integration. Advance skills in troubleshooting on programming and debugging. Competent in the following: Azure, SQL Server, My, Apache, WAMP, SharePoint, Office 365. MS PowerApps, MS Forms, VBA. C, C++, NetBeans IDE (Java), Visual Basic 6.0, VB.NET, HTML, PHP, C#.net. CodeIgniter, Laravel, Git, Vue JS, APIs, WordPress, JavaScript, JQuery, Redis, Node JS, MVC, Socket IO, Azure Integrations, ECMA Script 6. GIS, ProCore, and QuickBooks. SSRS, Crystal Reports, Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Flash, Web Site / Flash Build. Knowledgeable in networking domain and active directory and security policy. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Able to communicate with people of different nationalities and cultures.

    * Senior VP for HR *

Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, or Psychology. Preferably with master’s degree in business administration and / or human resources. At least fifteen (15)years experience in related field. At least ten (10) years of people management experience. With US HR experience. Core and Leadership competencies include establishing a vision, strategy, and culture; transformational leadership; customer champion; managing cross-functional coordination and effectiveness; driving results; problem-solving and decision making; creating a hig-performance organization; promoting organizational business partnership; displaying leadership courage; divine discontent; intellectual horsepower and learning agility; demonstrating credibility and influence. Functional competencies include knowledge of laws and culture and business financials. Technical competencies on MS Office, Visio, Project Management.
