Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field; At least 2-3 years of experience; Understanding of boat construction methods, marine materials (wood, fiberglass, composites, and metals), welding and fabrication standards, and marine systems; Knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications; Knowledge of industry quality standards, classification society requirements, and regulatory compliance related to marine vessels; Strong attention to detail, measurement and testing skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to document and report inspection results accurately.

                                    * Warehouse Head *

College Degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred; At least 2-3 years of experience; In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control. Stock management, order processing, storage optimization, and shipping and receiving procedures; Skilled in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software to track inventory, monitor shipments, and ensure timely distribution; Strong leadership and team management abilities allow them to supervise, train, and motivate staff, assign tasks efficiently, and maintain high productivity.

        * Carpentry *

At least Senior High school graduate; At lest 2 years of experience in boat repair; Craftsmanship, maritime knowledgeable to interpret drawings / blueprint.

 * EHS Officer (SO3) *

High school or K-12 graduate, College Degree in engineering is preferred; Understanding of the country’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) laws, regulations, and industry-specific safety standards, and are skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident investigation; Proficient in emergency preparedness, including fire safety, first aid, and evacuation procedures, and can lead safety committees, train employees, and communicate safety policies effectively.

* CAD Operator *

Degree in Drafting Technology, Marine engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field; At least 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Solid Works, or other marine-specific design tools used for hull forms and structural layouts; Ability to prepare and revise detailed 2D and 3D drawings for hulls, decks, interiors, and mechanical or electrical layouts based on design specifications and clarification standards.

* Electrician *

Completion of relevant Vocational Training; At least 2 years of relevant experience; Strong understanding of marine electrical system, proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams and update records, knowledge of electrical safety and relevant industry standards.

* Helper *

At least Senior High school graduate; 0-1 years of experience in boat building/repair; Hand/power tools proficiency.
