Any Bachelor’s Degree; At least 2 years of experience in a Fraud Department; Strong knowledge of risk metrics, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and chargebacks; Experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment preferred; gaming industry knowledge is a plus; Strong analytical, computer, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

 Lead, supervise, and support members of the Risk team
 Oversee day-to-day risk operations, reviews, and investigations
 Monitor high-risk transactions, accounts, and escalations
 Communicate risk-related updates, policies, and procedures to the team
 Communicate and collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Customer Support, Finance, IT, Compliance) to align on risk-related issues, investigations, policy updates, and process improvements
 Provide training, coaching, refreshers, and performance feedback
 Review and approve complex or high-risk cases
 Identify gaps and opportunities to improve risk controls and internal processes
 Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements and implementation
 Manage staffing, scheduling, and leave requests of team members.

Graduate of any 4 years course; Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred; Proficient in preparing and processing statements of account for admitted patients; Skilled in reviewing and verifying billing information to ensure accuracy; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer service-oriented, with a focus on providing quality care and services; Proficient in computer use; Capable of working efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision; Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in accommodating various work schedules, including night shifts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or any related 4-year course; At least one (1) year of experience in healthcare/HMO billing; Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes; Ability to prepare Statements of Account, Aging of Receivables, and Outstanding Receivables reports accurately and on time; Highly organized and able to maintain updated and easily retrievable records; Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and billing systems; Ability to effectively communicate with patients, relatives, physicians, and hospital personnel; Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
