* Operations Coordinator *
Schedule and dispatch trucks and rental equipment according to customer requirements; Monitor transportation activities to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and returns; Communicate with drivers to address any issues during transit; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding rental bookings, inquiries, and complaints; Provide accurate rental quotes and assist clients with selecting appropriate equipment or services; Ensure all trucks and rental equipment are well-maintained, serviced, and compliant with safety regulations; Track inventory levels and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary; Maintain accurate records of deliveries, equipment rentals, driver logs, and maintenance schedules; Prepare operational reports and assist with billing and invoicing processes; Collaborate with drivers, mechanics, and other staff to ensure smooth operations; Provide guidance and support to the operations team to improve efficiency; Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies; Organize safety meetings and training for drivers and operations staff.
