Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; Relevant professional license (e.g., Civil Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical license); Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment; Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Good communication and organizational abilities; Attention to detail and accuracy; Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Site Engineer on commercial or industrial building projects, with exposure to steel structures, insulated panels, and MEP rough-ins; Experience on projects involving large floor areas and complex systems is preferred.
