**SUBIC WATER AND SEWERAGE CO., INC.**

* Occupational Health Management Officer (OHMO) / Nursing Assistant *

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Preferably a Licensed/Registered Nurse; Must know how to drive and with a Valid Driver's License; Must have excellent customer service, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

* Water Distribution and Pressure Management Specialist *

Graduate of any 4 year technical related course; Preferably with previous training on operation and maintenance of pumps and motors; Preferably with 1 year work experience in operations of reservoir, pumps and motors; Preferably knows how to drive and with valid driver's license; Monitors and analyzes variation drop/gain of assigned distribution reservoir/s and/or metered distribution mains and informs concerned head and/or personnel of any significant observation and necessary action; Regulates pump speed, valve opening and PRV setting in accordance to the demand or water supply available for distribution; Performs regular maintenance of all equipment necessary to support distribution activities being undertaken.

* Sewerage Operations and Maintenance Specialist *

Graduate of Civil/Sanitary/Electrical Engineering; Preferably with previous training in sewage treatment plant operations and maintenance; Preferably knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license; Monitors liquid chlorine tank level; Measures effluent flow rates and sludge depth; Monitors water, power and chemical consumption and adopts alternative means to reduce cost; Oversees preventive maintenance of treatment plants’ pumps, chlorinators, engines, motors and chemical dosing pumps, and other machinery.

* Construction / Engineering Specialist *

Licensed Mechanical/Sanitary/ Civil Engineer; Preferably with previous training in project Management; Preferably knows how to drive with valid driver’s License (restrictions 1 & 2); Preferably with work experience in design of pipeline projects and other vertical structures.

* Heavy Equipment / Automotive Mechanic Specialist *

Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanics or related field; Knows how to drive and with Valid Driver’s License; Automotive training or equivalent experience; Perform diagnosis, maintenance and repair on company vehicles; Inspect, test and analyze company vehicles for basic automotive functions; Performs routine testing and maintenance service and analyzed systems to ensure optimal function; Provide detailed estimates for repairs; Performs basic automotive care, including changing oil and rotating tires; Repairs or replaces of worn, old or defective parts of a car.

* Laboratory Specialist (Chemist) *

Must be a Licensed/Registered Chemist; Preferably with previous work experience in a Laboratory set-up; Preferably knows how to drive; Performs physical, and chemical analyses on water samples from clear wells, distribution system, paid samples, all raw water samples as well as wastewater samples; Prepares chemical reagents and calibration curves for use in the physical and chemical analyses; Monitors, calibrates, and troubleshoots Laboratory equipment.

* Field Services Specialist * 

Graduate of any four year course; Preferably with previous training and work experience on pipefitting and plumbing; Preferably knows how to drive; Analyses and evaluates job orders as to its nature and complexity for proper action; Conducts thorough inspection of accounts for new service line application and customer complaints; Performs special disconnection of accounts; Reports leak and initiate the preparation of work requests for stuck up defective or buried meters found during inspection; Delivers water bills, whenever necessary, and such others as letter, notice to customers, as directed; Promotes and markets Subic Water services by acquiring new connections and/or reactivation of inactive accounts.

* Process Engineer *

Licensed Chemical Engineer; Preferably with previous training in sewage treatment plant operations and maintenance; Preferably knows how to drive and with valid driver's license; Oversees the operation of the wastewater treatment plant during shifts by periodically checking the operating conditions of the transfer pumps, blowers, and chlorine feeder pumps; Makes necessary adjustment on the chlorine dose based on test result; Research alternative chemicals/new technologies to be used for effective treatment and efficient plant operations; Performs Inventory on all chemical reagents and materials to be used In the analysis and inform the Department Head to ensure sufficient supply.

* Head, Zone Management Department (Freeport) * 

Graduate of any 4-5 year course in the area of Management or Engineering; Monitors billed volume/sales and account major variances in the assigned DMZ; Increases the number of active water supply connections in the assigned DMZ by encouraging applicants for new connections, reducing inactive accounts, regularizing accounts with illegal connections, and deep well conversion; Performs transaction such as billing adjustments due to error reading, computation of billings (i.e. average to actual computation, lesser average computation, etc.).
