Qualifications: 

Fluent in English language and most importantly skillful in business correspondence; With College Degree of any discipline. College undergraduate are also welcome to apply; Computer literate; Experience as Call Center Agent is an advantage; Accepts permanent work schedule in the Graveyard Shift; Also accepts weekend and Holiday work schedule. 

Other information to interested Applicants: 

• The right applicant has to be goal oriented and able to work independently. Knows what constitutes good and competent customer service as well as the importance of being outgoing and committed to the tasks at hand. When hired he or she must be capable at handling various tasks at the same time, as well as having good computer skills with our system Microsoft Dynamics along with the telephone being the most important daily work tool. Finally, we are looking for a person that thrives in a job with a fast pace and many changes and challenges. Regardless of background we will provide a thorough in-house training with regards to both our products as well as our customer service. Working hours will be changing according to customer needs. However, due to time differences between Asia and America working hours will primarily be between 10:00 pm and 08.00 am.
