Experienced with programming and operation of vertical CNC milling; Candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the programming and standalone operation of vertical CNC machines; Strong working knowledge of popular CAM software as well as good working knowledge and practice of creation of effective G-code; Well versed in care and maintenance of cutters and tools, possesses a mastery of tool sharpening as related to cutter maintenance on renewable cutters, and has a strong sense of responsibility to maintain the CMC equipment; Has a good working knowledge of parametric 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX or Fusion 360 strongly preferred, but not critical); Ability and attitude to learn new 3D parametric software is critical (Fusion 360); The candidate is a self-starter who is looking for challenging, fun work experience where creativity and solution-focused results are rewarded; Candidate should have a desire to learn, through on the job training and hands on experience, 3D printing processes and production of 3D printed parts; Experience with 3D printing is not required, but working with advanced 3D printing is a considerable part of the job.
