College graduate or with advanced Degree in Hospitality industry or related field; With pleasing personality; 4 years of previous Front Desk Manager or Front Desk Supervisor experience; Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Hotel system an advantage; Thorough knowledge of customer service and office management; Commitment to delivering excellent customer service; Ability to lead and motivate a team; Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.

* Housekeeping Supervisor *

4 year work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role; Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations; Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products; Excellent organizational and team management skills; Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends; College Diploma is a plus but not pre-requisite; Shows basic computer knowledge for the purpose of scheduling, record keeping and more; Effective communication skills; Ability to multi-task.

* Accounting Assistant *

Must posses at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent; Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience specializing in Account Receivable or equivalent; Knowledge in Bookkeeping and general accounting is a plus; Must be organized, systematic and have keen eyes on details; Can work under pressure with under minimum supervision; Detailed-oriented and has a strong self-motivation; Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills; Professional manner and strong ethical code; Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and positive; Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
