* Technical Apprentice / Maintenance Staff *

Must pass company mandated medical check-ups; Vocational or Trade Certifications are a plus; Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering or equivalent; Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent; Excellent communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills; General passion for creative problem-solving; Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, FDAS and Fire Protection (Sprinkler System); Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings; Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday; Must have a strong stamina; Able to lift at least 50 lbs.; Skilled with a variety of hand and electrical tools; Successful completion of on-site apprentice training preferred.

* Kitchen Steward *

At least Junior High School level with minimal experience; Must be well-mannered; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; With good organizational and time management skills; Must be physically strong and able to lift, push, pull and move heavy items.

* Cashier *

At least College level with experience in cashiering; Knowledge on use of POS system; Must be well versed in handling monetary transactions; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; With good communication skills.
