* Internal Security *

Male;  Must be 25 – 35  years old;  5’5” in height;  With background in military and security training; Knowledge in investigation procedures; Preferably with at least 3 years experience in the same field;  With excellent communication skills in English.

            * Maintenance Staff (General) *

Male;  Not more than 30  years old;  With at least one(1) year experience in Hotel maintenance or other related establishment; Maintain and repair buildings and amenities of the hotel; Provide primary support for all facilities and grounds area of the Hotel; Perform general maintenance tasks as outlined by the immediate head of the department in the framework of available time; Assist with special set-up for events and functions; Ability to operate and maintain equipment associated with Hotel buildings and grounds; Ability to follow directions and be flexible to changes in the daily routine; Must be able to multi-task and able to work under pressure.

* Draftsman *

Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Architecture or other relevant courses; With at least 2 years of experience working in a boat manufacturing industry; Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketchup, Illustrator, Indesign, Intericad and other design software; Must be a good listener.

* Skilled Carpenters *
