* Facility Engineering Manager *

Male/Female; Must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree or professional license in the field of Civil/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic/Electromechanical/ Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; With at least 5 years of relevant work experience; Preferably an assistant manager or manager, specializing in civil/ construction or structural engineering; Has good Filipino and English communication skills; With knowledge and skills in building and facility management.

* Manufacturing Engineering Manager (3) *

Candidate must be a graduate of Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry; With customer service experience is an advantage; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be proficient in computer applications; Must be hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Can handle work pressures.

* Production Leader (5) *

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year courses; With at least 2 to 3 years of experience working as Production Leader in a manufacturing company; Must be knowledgeable in computer programs/applications; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be capable of handling work pressures.

* Production Supervisor (5) *

Male/Female; Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2 to 3 years of solid supervisory experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Has manpower handling and management skills; Must be knowledgeable in report making; Has good communication skills; Must be proficient in computer programs/applications; Must be capable of handling work pressures.

* Chemical Engineer (2) *

Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering; With experience working in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronics industry is an advantage; Must be knowledgeable in chemical handling, and assessment of chemicals used in production; Has good communication skills; Must be proficient in Windows 2000 applications; Must be hardworking, goal-oriented and possesses good personality; Must be willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule.


* Purchasing Staff (2) *

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year business or engineering courses; Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience as Purchaser in a manufacturing industry; Must be knowledgeable with MOVEX system; Has good negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills; Must be proficient in MS Office applications; Must be hardworking, flexible and goal-oriented; Can handle work pressures.

* HR Staff [Employee Relations] *

Female; Must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Political Science or other relevant courses; With at least 1 to 2 years of HRD experience specializing in employee relations; With experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage; Must be knowledgeable with principles and procedures concerning labor relations and negotiation; Must be good in resolving internal issues, grievances and labor disputes; Has excellent organizational, and verbal & written communication skills; Must have the ability to maintain and practice high level of confidentiality.

* Engineer (10) *

(ASSIGNMENT: Parts Manufacturing Division)

Male/Female; Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry is an advantage; With customer service experience is also an advantage; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be proficient in computer programs/applications; Must be hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Must be capable of handling work pressures.
