**SUBIC WATER & SEWERAGE CO., INC.**

* Supply and Pressure Management Specialist *


DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

A)  Pressure Monitoring

1.     Monitors the water pressure daily thru Data Logger/PMAC software;
2.    Analyses and manages the pressure to improve service level 14 PSI for 24   hours;
3.    Ensures that data loggers are operating properly;
4.    Ensures stability, efficiency and integrity of logged data;
5.    Conducts data logger maintenance and installation;
6.    Facilitates installation and management of PRVs and other pressure monitoring devices;
7.    Prepares monthly report for pressure and service level improvement in the service area.

B)  Water Supply

1.    Conducts hydraulic modeling activities and prepares hydraulic reports and analyses;
2.    Initiates/supports the administration of motor and pump efficiency testing;
3.    Supports the identification and location of all water assets in the water network covered by the division;
4.    Plots or updates the existing assets of the division to effectively distribute flow and pressure in  the  system;
5.    Prepares the Bulk Meter Reading Report every 15th and end of the month and thje individual monthly accomplishment report.

C)  Special Assignments

1.    Performs related works as may assigned from time to time by  the Head of the Supply and Pressure Management Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Male / Female; 20 - 35 years old; Must be licensed, preferably BS in any Engineering course; Preferably with previous training on water supply and pressure management and with  driver’s license; With 6 months experience related to water supply or pressure management or with no relevant experience but with excellent academic record.

* Documentation and Customer Service Specialist *


Preferably Male; College graduate; Knowledge in Social Media Marketing; With 1 – 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing / Customer Service; Knowledge in Internet research; Experience in Phone and Email Handling; Has excellent communication skills;  keen to details.
* Master Mechanic *


High school graduate or equivalent; This series includes tests on automatic transmission and transaxle, manual drive train and axles, suspension and steering, electrical and electronic systems, heating and air conditioning, engine repair, braking systems and engine performance; Experience in Industrial Machines; extensive mechanical and technical skills; Problem-solving and creative personalities to diagnose and repair complex systems; Physical strength needed to assemble and repair large automotive parts; Must have basic welding skills as well as pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge; Must be able to troubleshoot low voltage AC/DC and high voltage AC/DC. Must have basic electronics knowledge; Must be able to read and understand schematics; Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

* Sales Staff *


Male;  Not more than 50 years old; college graduate / College level; At least 1 – 2 years  of experience in Sales with the same industry is preferred; Has broad knowledge in Auto Parts; Experience in surplus’ Shop/Mall an advantage; Patient and hardworking.
