Quality Control Manager (Full Time)

Job Description (including but is not limited to):

·       Ensure food safety compliance with QC/QA programs and procedures through communication with production personnel
·       Develop and maintain food safety and quality manual (SOP’s and product specifications), including ensuring procedures comply with the highest industry standards such as FSSC22000, HACCP and GMP.
·       Deliver guidelines and procedures relating to the implementation, training and follow up on food safety and hygiene
·       Ensure all finished products meet prescribed quality standards
·       Conduct inspections of raw & finished product quality control testing
·       Investigate and resolve product and process problems related to quality
·       Investigate customer quality complaints and claims and necessary follow up
·       Conduct and co-ordinate audits and hygiene inspections by government or other auditing parties.
·       Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time
·       Report directly to the General Manager. 


Job Requirements:

·       Food Technology / Science diploma, or degree, is required
·       Knowledge and practical experience with SOP, GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP.
·       Minimum 6 years working experience in food or pharmaceutical related industries working up to supervisory positions
·       Ability to work independently and with other staff and management
  • Good organizational, supervisory and time management skills
·       Good communication skills, written and spoken, English and Tagalog
·       Computer skills and experience with Microsoft
·       Results and detail oriented and self-motivated.


Operations Manager (Full Time)

Job Description (including but not limited to):


·       Ensure the efficient operation of all processing functions, from goods and materials receipt, production, packaging and dispatch.
·       Ensure compliance with the company’s food safety and quality manual (SOP’s and product specifications), reflecting standards such as FSSC22000, HACCP and GMP, during all operations.
·       Ensure all finished products meet prescribed quality standards
·       Investigate and resolve product and process problems related to operations
·       Investigate bottlenecks, process wastage, customer quality complaints and claims and instigate changes to operational procedures to eliminate identified issues
·       Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time
·       Report directly to the General Manager. 


Job Requirements:

·       Management, business and / or industrial process diploma or degree
·       Knowledge and practical experience with food or pharmaceutical operations including SOP’s and GMP’s and hands on factory floor and process management experience.
·       Minimum 8 years work experience in food or pharmaceutical related industries working up to supervisory positions in organizations with at least 20 staff and start up experience preferred
·       Ability to work well with a team, organizing and coordinating team units
  • Strong leadership, organizational, supervisory and time management skills
·       Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English and Tagalog
·       Ability to network and negotiate successfully with all suppliers
·       Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft, and food production IT systems
·       Results and detail oriented, and self-motivated.
·       Must be fully committed to making the organization a success
