* Line Cook *

* Painter *

Male; With a strong understanding of various painting methods, including brushwork, roller application, and spray-painting; Can use various painting tools, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other equipment; With the ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish and avoiding mistakes; Can stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in uncomfortable positions; With understanding and adhering to painting safety procedures and regulations; The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

* Bellman *

* A/C Technician *

Male; Physically Fit; Flexible; Hardworking; Must be a graduate of at least 2 years Vocational course in Air Conditioning or Cooling Technician; Must have at least 2 years experience as an A/C Technician; Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of A/Cs and heating systems; Must have knowledge in trouble shooting; Ability to detect damages and malfunctions; Must have wide knowledge in Split type for installation of A/Cs; Know how to change spare parts; Must have good communication skills; Can render overtime and work during holidays; Can work on a shifting schedule; Can handle pressure.

* Accounting Officer *

Male / Female; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related studies; Professional certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) may be a plus; Proficiency with accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary; Must be knowledgeable in taxation, payroll, and remittances; Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital; Adaptability is also important due to changes in accounting standards and technology; Results-oriented and able to function in a team environment; Maintains the quality of work even under stress/pressure; Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information. 

* Cost Control Officer *

Male; A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; With several years of experience in Cost Control, project accounting, or related roles; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for identifying cost variances and recommending solutions; Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for communicating cost data, presenting findings, and collaborating with stakeholders; Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; Proficiency in Excel and other financial software and tools is a must; Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management is highly valuable; Strong interpersonal and networking skills are important for building relationships with other departments and stakeholders; The ability to creatively solve problems and identify cost-saving opportunities is essential; Strong presentation skills are needed to effectively communicate cost data and recommendations; With a solid understanding of various cost control methodologies and best practices.

* Property Custodian *

Male; Physically fit, Flexible, Hardworking; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related studies; 1-3 years of relevant experience in property, supply, or inventory management; Computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Familiarity with asset tracking and inventory management software is a major advantage; High attention to detail, excellent record-keeping, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills; Must have good communication skills; Can do overtime and work during holidays; Can work on a shifting schedule; Can handle pressure.

* Cost Control Staff *

Male; A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Strong data analysis skills; High accuracy in logging transactions, validating data from suppliers, and auditing records; Can communicate well in English; Can handle pressure.
