* Procurement and Logistics Specialist *

University or College graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree; Professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or logistics operations; Able to perform on-site assignments at Subic EnerZone, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City; Procurement Operations: Receive, review, and process purchase requisitions for accuracy and budget alignment; Prepare Requests for Quotations (RFQs), evaluate vendor matrices, generate Purchase Orders via the ERP system, and endorse documentation to Accounting and Finance via OPTIKUS; Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, quality, commercial terms, warranties, and delivery schedules with suppliers, contractors, and landowners to secure the best possible deals; Logistics & Importation Management: Facilitate registration renewals with the BOC, BIR, SBMA, and PEZA. Clear importation requirements for international or indent acquisitions and coordinate with the Materials Management Department (MMD) for loading, unloading, and delivery updates; Supplier & Asset Management: Conduct annual performance reviews and ocular inspections of regular vendors, initiate new supplier accreditation in the Oracle system, and facilitate the bidding and disposal of scrap materials, vehicles, and used oil; SHEQ Compliance: Actively involve yourself, comply, and participate in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management (SHEQ) requirements, risk management plans, drills, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
