* Property Management Engineer (Civil Engineer) *

Male; Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered); Preferably with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, site supervision, or project management. (Fresh Graduates are welcome); Knowledgeable in site operations, construction methodologies, and quality control standards; Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications; Familiar with Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and DOLE OSH standards; Strong background in cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project monitoring; Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and other engineering software; With strong leadership and supervisory skills; Able to manage workers, subcontractors, and site activities effectively; Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills; Willing to be assigned on-site; Physically fit and able to work in field/site environments under varying conditions; Good interpersonal and coordination skills for collaborating with engineers and site teams; High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to safety and project standards.
