Male; At least 5’5” in height; Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course; With at least 6 months of solid experience as Bartender in a hotel industry; Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; Ability to keep bar organized, stocked and clean; Trustworthy, dynamic, adaptable, smart and can relate effectively with people; Good communication skills.

* Bellman/Driver *

Male; Graduate of any 4 year course; Must possess a valid professional driver’s license; With at least 6 months solid experience in a hotel industry in the bell service; At least 5’5” in height; Ability to greet guests friendly and courteously; Proficient in ensuring that lobbies and work areas are clean and  presentable at all times; Hands-on experience in handling room service request; Responds to guest request and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service; With pleasing personality, smart, trustworthy; Proficient in oral and written English; KNOWS HOW TO DRIVE.

* F & B Supervisor *

Female; Graduate of any 4 year Business related course;  With at least 2 years solid experience in the field of Food and Beverage Department with solid exposure in Hotel or Service Industry is an advantage; Effective interpersonal skills; Knowledge of computer and information system; Effective spoken and written communication skills; Conflict resolution skills to both initiate and mediate workplace conflicts; Able to set and accomplish goals and work as a member of a team; Demonstrate high level of integrity, confidentiality and fairness; Knowledge in inventory; Experience in a high volume, quality focused establishment is preferred; Excellent sales skills and customer service skills.

* Cashier *

Female; At least 5’4” in height; Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent experience; With at least 6 months solid experience as Cashier in a hotel industry; Mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately; Positive, helpful attitude towards customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately; Ability to process coupons, refunds, gift cards and checks; Dependable, responsible, trustworthy.

* Driver *

Male; Graduate of any 4 year course; Must have valid professional driver’s license with clean driving record; Minimum of 3 years driving experience to any point of Luzon; At least 5’5” in height; Ability to greet guests friendly and courteously; Proficient in ensuring that lobbies and work areas are clean and  presentable at all times; Hands-on experience in handling room service request; Responds to guest request and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service; With pleasing personality, smart, trustworthy; Proficient in oral and written English.

* Internal Security *

Male; Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology; With at least two (2) years relevant work experience in exercising overall control supervision and direction of security workforce; Capable of following complex instructions; Excellent physical health, smart, adaptive matured thinking, industrious, honest and responsible; Can work for long hours; Can work extended hours; Proficient in oral and written English; With Driver’s License.

* Cook *

Male; College level or College graduate of its equivalent experience or attended school of Culinary Arts of at least 6 months; With at least 2 years of solid experience as a Cook in hotel industry or related business; Strong knowledge in food preparation, plating, presentation; Knowledge in kitchen maintenance and cleaning; Knowledge in maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies, menu planning; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical health; Mature thinking, safety and detail oriented, responsible and can work on extended hours.

* Kitchen Steward *

Male; At least High school graduate or its equivalent experience; With at least 1 year of solid experience as a Kitchen Steward in a hotel industry or any related business; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical health; Must be smart, adaptive, industrious, honest, dependable and responsible, substantial experience of assisting in various food service operations; Exceptional knowledge of sanitation regulations for handling food; Remarkable knowledge of utilizing restaurant  equipment; Ability to ensure compliance to storage standards; Ability to work well under pressure; Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
