                                      * Sales Engineer *

Perform technical review and develop technical proposals individually and in close cooperation with our sales- and engineering teams; Quoting on projects and enquiries - both first sales and after sales; Technical support to our agents and customers; Communication with customers and sales representatives on a daily basis; Project management; Promote our services and after sales pro-actively; Daily contact with the sales managers at the head office in Sweden; Develop existing service network; Stay updated on New and Present Maritime; Rules and regulations, that are relevant for Polarmarine brand products. 

 * CNC Machinist / Machinist *

Operates MILLING MACHINES, VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER, DRILLING MACHINE, HYDRAULIC PRESS, CNC MACHINE and other related machines to produce the items assigned. 

* Purchaser *

Preferably Female; Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or any Four (4) year related course; Must have at least One (1) year experience in Purchasing; Knowledgeable on technical documentation such as purchase order preparation; Knowledgeable on price negotiation, evaluation of suppliers, payment terms, invoicing and delivery follow-ups; Proficiency in MS Office; Good communication skills, both oral and written; Can work and think fast accurately.

* Junior Data Scientist / Developer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; A Master’s Degree is a plus; Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala; Familiarity with data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques; Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization; Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL or similar languages; Knowledge of common data science libraries and frameworks, such as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, or Pytorch; Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative development environments; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail; Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings to stakeholders; Ability to work both independent and as part of a team in a fast=paced, dynamic environment. 

* HR Officer and Compliance *

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; At least 2-4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on compliance and labor relations; Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., Labor Code, DOLE regulations, Data Privacy Act); Experience working with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence management and employees; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS(Human Resource Information Systems); High leve lo fintegrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information; Relevant HR certifications(e.g.,CHRP) are an advantage.
