* Quality Systems Officer *

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably graduate of any 4 or 5 year course; Preferably with training in ISO 9001:2015 Standards and in IATF 16949:2016 Standards; With at least one (1) year background in Quality Management System (QMS) including updated knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015.

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

- Acquires new requirement in QMS and EMS about quality pertinent to customer, regulatory, management or organizational needs.

- Simulates design of system toward fulfilling QMS and EMS requirements

- Creates and effective system that is based on simulation.

- Support implementation and monitors IATF and ISO activities or requirements on the assigned division.

- Coordinates instructions and necessary activities to be implemented for continuous compliance with IATF and ISO certification in the assigned division.

- Implements the ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.

- Monitors the consistency of implementation for the quality management and environmental processes.

- Assists other functions in reviewing or verifying the system.

- Conducts Periodic System Review for effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality System as requested by the Senior Quality Systems Officer.

- Responsible for ensuring that all changes in the management system are reflected in QMS and EMS related documents.

* General Facilities and Design Support Personnel *

Preferably Vocational graduate or College undergrad in machine-related course; Preferably with training in troubleshooting and machine maintenance; Preferably with one (1) year experience in working in a manufacturing company; Willing to work in a shifting schedule; Willing to work in an extended hour and even holidays/Sunday.

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

- Performs daily and periodic maintenance of building equipment such as air conditioners, compressors, nitrogen generators, air dryers, in-line ceiling and wall mounted exhaust fans as indicated on the Autonomous Maintenance Checklist.

- Conducts maintenance and ensures the proper condition of building.

- Performs various plumbing works.

- Performs daily maintenance of domestic wastewater treatment facility indicated on the Autonomous Maintenance Checklist and assist during periodic maintenance and/or occasional repair of the facility.

* Purchaser *

Graduate of any four year Business related course; With at least one year of experience as Purchaser in a Manufacturing set up; With knowledge in IMPORT and EXPORT; Knowledgeable in INFO TERMS; Strong negotiation skills; Excellent communication skills; Relationship building and management skills; In depth understanding and knowledge of the industry; Excellent computer skills.

* Production Facilities and Design Engineer I * 

Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering; Preferably with background in PLC Programming, SCADA, HMI, Electromechanical circuitry, Electromechanical design and simulation and Pneumatic principles; Preferably with Manufacturing Set up experience; Preferably with experience in facilities and machine maintenance in a manufacturing company.

* Product Engineer I *

Preferably graduate of Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; With at least 1 year experience in engineering task in a Manufacturing company; Can work with minimum supervision; Willing to render overtime, Sunday and Holidays; Computer literate.
