* Web Development Specialist *

Has a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or any related course; With at least 2-4 years related experience in software or web development; Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery with strong problem-solving skills; With hands-on experience on Bootstrap; With basic knowledge and hands-on experience in WordPress/HubSpot and/or using different CMS platforms; Has a technical knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop, browser testing and debugging; Able to work with minimum supervision; Experience in website documentation and reporting is a plus; Fluent in English and has strong comprehension skills; Basic knowledge of backend language such as PHP and MySQL is a plus.

*Junior DevOps Engineer*

Bachelors in Computer science or Information Technology; Experience on any programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, and Python; Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting; Understanding of cloud provisioning tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation; Solid understanding of Software Engineering and Computer Science principles; Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodeBuild; Experience in building CI/CD for mobile app and integration tools in CI/CD; Excellent understanding of API with hands-on experience working with API and building solutions; Experience with Amazon Web Services; Experience with FTP, SFTP, and HTTPS; Understanding of internet security and data privacy best practices.

Male; Candidate must possess High school / Vocational Diploma for Air Conditioning and Technical Training; With 1-3 years work experience; Must have a strong knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools and materials typically applied in repairing and servicing various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment; strong ability and skill to quickly and correctly diagnose, install, locate, maintains and fix defects in refrigeration and air conditioning systems / units and similar equipment; Must have a strong ability to establish and maintain good relationship with tenants, colleagues and superiors; Must have a good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision; Must be very keen in details.

* Leadman / Foreman *

Male; Two (2) years Vocational or Trade School graduate; With 5 years' work experience in similar position; With general knowledge in house construction; With good leadership, Monitoring skills, Team player; result-oriented; Attention to details, analytical skills; Good in oral and written communication.

* Purchaser *

Integrity, Customer-oriented, Dependable, Team-player, Initiative, Negotiation skills; Know how to drive and with Driver’s License; Responsible for the conduct of canvassing, coordinates with vendors; Handles the scheduling and delivery of goods.
