Job Description:

Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition: • In-charge of mixing and marinating meat products • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking • Portioning of raw food, meat, and/ or other ingredients used for cooking• Washes and slices/cuts vegetables and stores it properly • Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks • Monitors overall cleanliness of the whole kitchen • Performs other duties as required Kitchen Helper.

 

Qualifications:

Female / Male; With relevant work experience as Kitchen Helper/ Cook; Must have knowledge in food preparation; Basic knowledge in cooking European Cuisines is an advantage; Without any visible tattoo/s; With excellent work ethics; Physically and mentally fit and has good hygiene
