**SUBIC BAY MARINE EXPLORATORIUM INC.**

* Staff Veterinarian *

Essential Position Functions:

The staff veterinarian recommends and provides clinical case management for all animals in the collection, including veterinary care, examination, treatment, as well as surgery (mainly for non-marine mammals) according to the plan provided by the animal care team; Reviews, comments, updates, and implements Preventive Medicine Program (PMP) for the marine mammal and terrestrial animal population; Inspects of animal holding facilities and all life support elements, and report the findings to the animal care manager; Reviews animal care protocols; serves as a member of animal care team; Maintains medical record of work performed; Must be ready to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to observe, assess, and record clinical signs, reactions, and progress; Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards; Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise; Knowledge of relevant drugs and non-pharmaceutical patient care aids and ability to prescribe dosages and instruct patients in correct usage; Knowledge of current veterinary theory and practice; Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations; Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures; Knowledge of animal husbandry requirements, methods, and techniques; Skill in use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment; Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the veterinary care of animals and conduct in keeping with those standards; Ability to diagnose, treat, and prescribe for the medical, surgical and dental cases for the animals in the collection.

Female; Graduate of 4 years course, preferably BS Accountancy, Business Management or Banking and Finance; At least one (1) year experience; Must have strong MS Office skills particularly Excel; Able to perform clerical accounting works particularly on computing payroll, Handling petty cash, Collections and Billing; Experience in logistic and trading company is a PLUS; Familiar in preparation of Financial Statement, Making sales report, Cash disbursement, BIR reports, Bank Transaction; Flexible, Hardworking; Able to work under pressure and overtime; Detail-oriented and organized; Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude; Willing to start immediately.

* A/C Technician *

Male; Graduate of any Vocational course for Air-con / Refrigerator; With 2 years’ experience; Willing to work under pressure;  Responsible in conducting maintenance check and repairs for air-con and other cooling system; Basic tasks is to install Air-con and conduct maintenance check for air-con, and cooler.

Female: With excellent written and oral communication skills; With experience is an advantage; Must be familiar to online travel agencies.

* Maintenance Officer *

Male; Must have an idea on basic repair and replacement on A/C; With idea on A/C cleaning is an advantage.

* Waiter / Service Crew * 

 Male or Female; With experience is an advantage; Must have knowledge on table set-up; With good oral communication skills.

* Kitchen Helper *

Male of Female; Must know how to mise en place; Assist in preparing dishes for guests Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area.

* Japanese Chef *

Male of Female; Must have knowledge on how to cook and prepare Japanese Foods; With idea on Japanese culture is an advantage.

**PHILIPPINE COASTAL STORAGE & PIPELINE CORPORATION**

*IT Administrator *

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role; Updated knowledge on IT security (e.g. intrusion detection systems); Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management; Knowledgeable on data back up/recovery solution; Knowledgeable on conducting Vulnerability Assessment and penetration Testing; Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms; Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude; Excellent communication skills; Graduate in Computer Science or a related discipline, professional certificate (e.g. Microsoft Certified systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus. 

*Computer / Systems Programmer *

Proven experience as a Programmer or relevant role; Ability to program in PHP or similar web-based programming languages; Experienced in developing web applications; Excellent knowledge with relational databases, SQL technologies; Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability; Analytical mindset and critical thinking; Demonstrate ability to discover and fix errors in code; Ability to write clean, well-documented code; Graduate in Computer Science Software Engineering or relevant discipline.
