* Front Office Assistant *

Male / Female; Graduate of any related course; At least one (1) year experience ; Can communicate well in both Filipino and English; Physical and mentally fit; Can work for long hours and at any schedule.

* Food Attendant *

Male / Female; At least one (1) year solid experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a casual dining establishment; Can communicate well in both Filipino and English; Physical and mentally fit; Can work for long hours and at any schedule (early mornings and late nights); NCII in Food and Beverage Service not necessary but an advantage.

* Proposal Writer (Fully remote) *

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Applicable years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement; Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills.

* Web Developer (Part time / Fully remote) *

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering; Minimum one year of experience as a Software Developer/Programmer; Must have mobile device development and Office 365 tools experience, preferred; Knowledgeable in Web Programming and Database management and Azure integration; Advance skills in troubleshooting on programming and debugging; Microsoft Designing and Developing Applications certification is an advantage; Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desired; Able to scope and estimate workload and timeline based on requirements; Competent in the following:

o Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365

o Able to create custom applications on SharePoint
o MS PowerApps, MS Forms, MS Flows, PowerShell and PowerBI
o Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
o With development experience using C# .NET
o Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
o Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
o Familiar with SQL/HTML/XML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery

* Finance Assistant (Fully-time) *

Degree in BS Accountancy, essential; General knowledge of basic accounting principles; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and basic knowledge of QuickBooks; Able to work independently and achieve efficient results with minimum supervision; Demonstrates honesty and accountability in all dealings; Attention to detail and high level of accuracy; Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills; The Finance Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records, assisting in financial transactions, and preparing necessary reports for team leaders; SALARY: Php 15,000.00 per month plus Health & Life Insurance; This position will be based in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. 

* Electrical Engineer (On-Call Basis / Hourly based) * 

Degree in Electrical Engineering; Licensed Electrical Engineer, required; Must have a minimum of 8 years in design and field experience; Experience and familiarity with Federal building design criteria and construction guide specifications is an advantage; Willing to learn and adapt to various situations, multi-tasking; Adequate relevant training; Proficient in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office Applications; Excellent oral and written communication and skills; Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new technologies; Possess a Philippine Passport and a Driver’s License.

Must be familiar to online travel agencies; Must have good communication skills; With pleasing personality; With experience is an advantage.

* Room Attendant * 

Must have an idea on beddings and room set-up.
