* Plant Operations Specialist *

treatment plants and pumps; Periodically checks and records raw water flowrate,
water level and flow in the mixing tank; Performs minor troubleshooting to
ensure efficient plant operations; Monitors and records discharge line
pressures and reservoir levels and coordinate to concerned personnel; Analyses
clearwell pumps running condition in order to ensure that clearwell water level
is always maintained; Responsible for the compliance and continuous practice of
all existing environmental and occupational health and safety laws, rules and
regulations, policies and guidelines in the performance of his duties.
* Non Revenue Water Operations Specialist *
Graduate of
Engineering; Preferably with previous training on leak detection and pipe
repair works; Preferably knows how to drive; Attends to job orders pertaining
to pipeline leaks, buried meter-related, manifold leaks and service line leak; Inspects
possible illegal connections and abandons identified old lines; Provide
assistance in the flushing of mainline and other necessary activities in the
restoration of water supply after leak repair activities; Conduct inspection of
restoration works and completed leak repair works; Performs minor pipe
replacement works; Provides assistance in the conduct of zero pressure and step
test whenever required.
