* Nurse Aide *
Male, Associate

Assist in day to day operations of Health Team in implementation of preventive control in COVID‐19. Takes employee temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate, and blood pressure. Escorts employee to the clinic and/or quarantine room. Sets up equipment, moving supplies, or assist with related procedure of Health and Safety. Observes employee's physical, mental and emotional conditions and report any change to the Health Officer or the Health and Safety Department. Coordinates the replenishment of medicines for First Aid use of employees and other related items. Ensure all works are performed in accordance with established safety procedures. Perform in other jobs that maybe assigned from time to time.
* Company Nurse *
Male/Female. Must be
a Registered Nurse. Preferably has acquired BOSH certificate. Willing to work
in shifting schedule.
Oversee and manage
the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services. Assure
compliance with regulatory requirements related to Public Health and Safety and
DOLE. Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and
programs related to occupational
health services. Collaborate with outside resources for program development, such as health care providers, third‐party administrators, legal advisors, medical director, regulatory agencies, etc. Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines. Manage all cases to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work. Contribute in the design of controls for injury prevention and health surveillance related to actual and potential hazards in the work environment. Perform in other jobs that maybe assigned from time to time.
* QC/QA and Office Engineer *
Must be a Licensed
Civil Engineer. Has at least 1 year of job experience related to the position. Has
knowledge on construction management systems. Knowledge of occupational hazards
safety regulations and sanitation standards. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Basic mathematical and problem solving skills in order to
generate and maintain departmental reports. Knowledge on planning and estimates.
People management skills. Knowledge in CADD, Sta‐ad, and other computer aided system.
Prepares plan
(Construction and as‐built plan),
estimates and prepares gantt chart for project development. Processes necessary
permits prior to commencement of the project. Prepares Bid Documents for the
special project development in our terminal for the third party contractor. Assists
Third party/in‐house contractor for
all the terminal documents needed prior to
commencement of the
project. Prepares billing and conduct site inspection for project development
project. Coordinates to other terminal departments regarding the ongoing and
future project developments of our terminal. Accomplishes all other duties as
assigned.
* Plumber *
Male. High School
Graduate. At least 1 year of experience related to the position. Has strong
knowledge in plumbing works. Has knowledge in masonry, carpentry and painting
works. Knowledge of related tools, plumbing techniques, equipment and
materials. Physically fit and mentally fit.
Prepare and clean work area prior to commencement of work. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures. Follow plans with regards sewer and water lines. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Perform maintenance on fixtures and pipes as needed. Repair leaks and test pipe system. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Assist other team member as needed. Performs masonry and carpentry works as needed. Perform other task to meet the departmental goals. Perform in other jobs that maybe assigned from time to time.
* Electrical Supervisor I *
Must be a licensed
Electrical Engineer or Electronics & Communication Engineer. At least 5
years of experience in automation‐related works especially in design, planning, maintenance, etc. Good in
oral and written communication. Good attitude and high moral value.
Create and prepare
electrical plans for instrument and automation program with design analysis in
accordance with Philippine Electrical Code, NEC, IEC, and or any approved
international standards. Conduct design of electrical engineering, parameters,
and review. Daily Reports and Submittals on written or web‐based programs. Negotiate and maintain relations with the client, SBMA
Department, internal SBFGTSI Managers, and subcontractors. Support Project
Manager with electrical project establishment and closeout. Perform electrical
developments executing quality, operation, and safety enhancements to the
firm’s production lines. Ensure to make decisions related to electrical engineering principles applied to operation problems and requirements proposed.
* Heavy Equipment Maintenance Operator *
Male. Has acquired
TESDA Certificate for Heavy Equipment Operation. Has acquired Driving License
applicable in driving Heavy Equipment.
To operate heavy equipment including transport services of the company which include minor maintenance works like change oil, filter cleaning, washing and equipment tuning up. Inspection of all components of the equipment prior to each use. Make necessary adjustment, recommend repair/replacement of parts as may be necessary. Operate any heavy equipment use for maintenance if necessary. Provide skilled work in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of the equipment parts. Responsible in daily check‐up, bi‐weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance as necessary prior to each use. Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of heavy equipment. Assists in verification of heavy equipment spares purchased/supplied.
* Heavy Equipment Maintenance Helper *
Male. High School
Graduate. At least 1 year of experience related to the position. Preferably
with NC II in Heavy Equipment Servicing or any related vocational course.
Assist in
maintaining service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles and heavy
equipment. Takes orders from supervisors for heavy equipment maintenance. Maintains
vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting
inspections; repairing
engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage. Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards. Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting Assist in document information of equipment purchase, repairs and maintenance for record keeping.
* Tool Keeper *
Male. At least High
School Graduate. At least 1 year work experience either in maintenance or tool
keeping. Computer Literate. Can operate light equipment and tools.
Maintain and manage tool room clerical functions (RIV/PR/MCV/Borrower’s slips). Maintain and update records of tool room equipment, tools and kits. Issue tools, kits and equipment to the concerned sections. Ensure return of issued tools, kits and equipment back to the tool room after use. Check for damages or unusable condition of tools, equipment and kits. Organize tools and equipment on shelves and racks for easy access. Keep abreast of advance technologies in tools and equipment designs. Operate fork-lift, pallet jack and other heavy equipment when necessary. Transfer equipment, tools and kits from sales warehouse to tool room upon order requests receiving.
* Truck Inspector *
Male. At least High
School Graduate. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in writing. Physically
and mentally fit. Displays great attention to detail. Willing to work on
shifting schedules. Computer literate
Inspects and clears cargo trucks for tare weighing and gross weighing. Seals the cargo trucks to ensure cargo is secure.
