* Sr. Accounting Officer *

Female; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent five (5) years of experience in this field; Knowledgeable in various aspects of general accounting; Able to handle direct responsibility for maintaining subsidiary ledger accounts, administering all aspects of billing / collections, preparing journal entries and posting to the ledger, clients ledger, cash accounting including receipts and bank reconciliation, cash flows, operational expenses and producing various accounting and financial reports (FS- Financial Position, Financial Performance); Updated in BIR regulations and remittances; With sufficient knowledge in Microsoft software (must be good in Excel); Above average written / verbal communication skills; has the ability to pay attention to details and maintain confidentiality; Strong interpersonal skills and trustworthy.

Female; At least 5’2” in height; With pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills; At least College level with 1 year experience; Preferably with knowledge in using POS Machine; Customer service oriented; Willing to work Sundays and Holidays and in shifting schedule.

Male; College level / High school graduate, Vocational / Short course certificate; At least 1 year or more work experience in Building Maintenance / Utilities / Handyman / Safeguarding and General cleaning of facilities; Trustworthy, can start immediately and willing to work as stay-in.
