* Pool Attendant *

Male, not more than 35 years old; At least high school graduate or its equivalent experience; With at least 1 year of solid experience as a Pool Attendant in hotel industry; With first aid training is an advantage; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical health; Must be smart, adaptive, industrious, honest, dependable and responsible.

* Food Attendant *

Male / Female, not more than 30 years old; At least 5’4” in height; With pleasing personality; Graduate of any 4-year course; Experience as Food Attendant in hotel industry; Has good communication skills; Knowledgeable in table set-up and skirting; Must be dynamic, smart, adaptive, responsible and trustworthy.

* Bellman/Driver *

Male, Not more than 32 years old; Graduate of any 4-year course; Must possess a valid professional driver’s license; with at least six(6) months solid experience in hotel industry in the Bell Service; Must be smart, adaptive, industrious, honest, dependable and responsible; Proficient in  oral and written English; Can work under extended hours.

* Front Desk Clerk *

Female, Not more than 30 years old; At least 5’4” in height; With pleasing personality; College graduate of BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Accounting; With at least one(1) year experience as Front Desk/Night Clerk in hotel industry; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Willing to work on graveyard shift schedule; Trustworthy, dynamic, smart, adaptable, responsible.

* Bartender *

Male, not more than 30 years old;  With pleasing personality;  College graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management; With at least 6 months of solid experience as Bartender in a hotel industry; Good communication skills; Must be responsible, dynamic, adaptive, smart and trustworthy.

* Cashier *

Female, At least 5’4” in height;  Not more than 30 years old; With pleasing personality;  Graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent experience;  With at least 6 months solid experience as Cashier in a hotel industry; Proficient in oral and written English;  Dynamic, adaptable, smart, responsible and trustworthy.

* Company Accountant *

Female; Not more than 30 years old; Graduate of BS Accountancy;  With at least six(6) months  solid experience in Hotel industry;  Must be knowledgeable in the following: Income Statement, Financial Statement, Balance Sheet; Smart, adaptable, trustworthy and responsible;  Proficient in oral and written English.

* General Maintenance Staff *

Male, not more than 36 years old; With at least 2 years of experience working as General Maintenance in a hotel industry or related business; Must be well-rounded in any other skilled jobs; Has good understanding of all phases of work in electrical, sound system and airconditioning; Must be responsible, and safety & detail-oriented; Willing to work on extended hours.
* Internal Security  *

Male; Not more than 35 years old; Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology; With 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in exercising overall control supervision and direction of security workforce; Excellent physical health, smart, adaptive matured thinking, industrious, honest and responsible;Proficient in oral and written English; With Driver’s License and must know how to drive 4 wheel vehicle;  Can work for long hours.
* Kitchen Helper *

Male, not more than 35 years old; At least high school graduate or its equivalent experience; With at least 3 years of solid experience as a Kitchen Helper in hotel industry; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical health; Must be smart, adaptive, industrious, honest, dependable and responsible.

* Kitchen Steward *

Male, not more than 35 years old; At least high school graduate or its equivalent experience; With at least 3 years of solid experience as a Kitchen Steward in hotel industry; Must be proficient in verbal and written English; Can effectively relate with people; Has excellent physical health; Must be smart, adaptive, industrious, honest, dependable and responsible.

* Gardener *

Male, not more than 30 years old; At least high school graduate or its equivalent experience; With at least 1 year of solid experience as Gardener; Good physical attribute, industrious, honest, responsible and willing to be trained; Can effectively relate with people.

* Aircon Technician  *

Male, not more than 36 years old; With at least 2 years of experience working as Aircon Technician in a hotel or related business; Must be well-rounded in any other skilled jobs; Has good understanding of all phases of work as Aircon Technician; Must be responsible, and safety & detail-oriented; Willing to work on extended hours.

* Sales & Marketing Officer *

Female; Not more than 35 years old; With pleasing personality; Graduate of any 4 year course;  With at least three(3) years experience in the field of Sales or Marketing; Solid exposure in a hotel or service industry is an advantage; Above communication skills both written and oral;  Dynamic, assertive, innovative, enthusiastic, determined; Must possess right attitude and can work for long hours.
